Melanie has that special something that really works within a team dynamic. She is comfortable in front of an audience (in-person and virtual). With her ability to put people at easy and anticipate needs, she is an asset to any team. She stands out in every room with her engaging personality and wealth of life and professional experiences.

 

She was born and raised in Southern California, graduating from California State University, Fullerton for both her BA and MA in English. Rounding out her education section, Melanie has certifications in instructional design and meditation with over 16 years of corporate training and instructional design experience. She has traveled internationally (India, Brazil, Mexico, Canada) for corporate training events as well as throughout the United States.

Melanie shares joy with others through activities such as baking and homemade truffles (so many good flavors ... so little time!). She also crochets blankets and sends frequent postcards to the people she loves. Her lifelong desire for learning continues with languages - she is currently studying Spanish and ASL.
