My team at SAG-AFTRA Health Plan created this video to celebrate my receiving the Employee of the Quarter Award for Q1 2021. I was exceedingly touched at their genuine desire to highlight their experiences with me. This is an amazing professional honor. Didn't they do a great job!?!
Melanie is one of the most inviting and warm people I have had the pleasure of working with. During our time working together on the CATapult program, a national training initiative with more than 50 trainers, she was the main contact and the driving force behind our efforts. She always had time to help and lend support to the cadre of trainers across the country, no matter how busy she was. For the embark program, Mel welcomed droves of leaders from hospitals around the country to California, where she was the main point of contact, support and organization around the entire process - a large undertaking that spanned the better part of a week for attendees. Mel is professional and knowledgeable. She is the type of person you go to because you know they care and that they are the type of person you know will help wherever they can. If she says she will circle back on something, you can rest assured it will be done promptly and with tact, creativity and conviction. I would recommend her without reservation.
